Refund and Returns

At Long Wigs Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return window from the date your item is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition, with all tags and packaging intact. A proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for processing returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend that you check your order immediately after delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you’ve received the wrong product, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue and arrange a return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned if you simply change your mind. These exclusions will be clearly indicated on the product page. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you have any doubts about a specific item, please contact us for clarification.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, we suggest returning the original product and placing a new order for the replacement item once your return is processed.

Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
